Refund policy
We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 1 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 1 day, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of food products, DELICHA does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as taste preference, change of mind, wrong selection by the customer, dislike of aroma/flavour, or non-availability at the delivery address.
A return, replacement, or refund may be considered only in the following cases:
The product is damaged during transit.
The wrong item is delivered.
One or more items are missing from the order.
The product received is materially different from what was ordered.
To raise a complaint, the customer must contact DELICHA within 24 hours of delivery through:

The customer must provide:
Order ID.
Clear photos of the outer package.
Clear photos of the product received.
Clear photos of the shipping label.
A short description of the issue.
Unboxing video, if available.
Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery may be rejected, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
Delivery is considered completed once the courier partner marks the shipment as delivered. Customers are advised to check the package condition at the time of delivery. If the outer package is visibly damaged, tampered with, wet, torn, opened, or suspicious, the customer should record photos/videos immediately and report it to DELICHA within 24 hours.
DELICHA will review every claim based on order records, courier tracking, photos, videos, and product details. If the claim is approved, DELICHA may offer one of the following:
Replacement of the affected item.
Refund for the affected item.
Store credit or coupon, if accepted by the customer.
Refunds, once approved, will usually be initiated within 5 to 7 business days. The final credit time depends on the bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or payment gateway. DELICHA is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.
Shipping charges, express delivery charges, convenience charges, and payment gateway charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by DELICHA.
A refund or replacement may be rejected if:
The complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
Required proof is not provided.
The product has been opened, used, consumed, repacked, or tampered with.
The issue is caused by wrong handling, wrong storage, or misuse after delivery.
The delivery address or contact details provided by the customer were incorrect.
The claim appears false, edited, misleading, or fraudulent.
