DELICHA ships orders from:

Orders are shipped through Shiprocket, courier partners, or direct delivery where available.

Shipping options:

Standard Delivery: ₹99

Express Delivery: ₹149

Free Standard Delivery: Available on cart value above ₹599, unless changed during offers or promotions.

Express delivery is faster than standard delivery, but it is still subject to courier availability, location serviceability, weather, road conditions, operational delays, and other external factors.

Estimated delivery timelines:

Guwahati/Assam/Northeast: Usually 2 to 6 business days.

Metro cities: Usually 4 to 8 business days.

Rest of India: Usually 5 to 10 business days.

Remote or difficult service areas may take longer.

These are estimated timelines only, not guaranteed delivery deadlines.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on holidays, Sundays, or during high-demand periods may take extra time.

Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address, PIN code, phone number, and email address. DELICHA is not responsible for failed delivery, return-to-origin, or delay caused by incorrect address, wrong phone number, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, locked premises, or courier restrictions.

If a prepaid order is returned to DELICHA due to customer-side issues, DELICHA may deduct shipping, return shipping, payment gateway charges, packaging cost, and handling charges from the refund, where permitted by law.

Once an order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or the website. Customers should track the order and stay available for courier calls.

If the package is marked delivered but the customer has not received it, the customer must contact DELICHA within 24 hours of the delivery update. DELICHA will coordinate with the courier partner, but final resolution depends on courier investigation, proof of delivery, and available evidence.
