Terms of Service

By using the DELICHA website or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service.

DELICHA sells food-related products, including tea, rice, and cereal-based products. Product images are for representation purposes. Actual colour, texture, size, packaging, label design, and appearance may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, lighting, batch differences, or packaging updates.

Customers must read product details, ingredients, quantity, price, shipping charges, delivery estimate, return policy, and other information before placing an order.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that:

The information provided is true and complete.

The delivery address and phone number are correct.

The customer is legally allowed to place the order.

The customer agrees to receive order-related communication through phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or courier calls.

The customer has read and accepted the policies of DELICHA.

DELICHA may cancel or refuse any order if:

The product is unavailable.

Pricing or listing error is found.

Payment fails or appears suspicious.

The address is incomplete or not serviceable.

The customer is unreachable.

Fraud, misuse, abuse, or policy violation is suspected.

The order appears to be placed for resale, manipulation, spam, or unlawful purpose.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers, discounts, shipping charges, and product availability may change at any time without prior notice.

Payment is accepted through supported prepaid methods such as UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or other payment modes shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is currently not available and may be introduced later.

Customers must not misuse the website, place fake orders, create fraudulent claims, use abusive language, upload false evidence, attempt chargeback fraud, impersonate another person, interfere with website security, or attempt to harm DELICHA, its systems, staff, courier partners, or payment partners.

Any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity may result in order cancellation, account restriction, blacklisting from future purchases, reporting to payment/courier partners, preservation of evidence, and legal action where permitted by law. DELICHA may seek damages, costs, and other remedies available under applicable law.

DELICHA is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, roadblocks, technical failures, payment gateway issues, wrong address, customer unavailability, or force majeure events.

Food products should be stored properly as mentioned on the product label or product page. DELICHA is not responsible for product deterioration caused by wrong storage, exposure to heat, moisture, sunlight, pests, contamination, or mishandling after delivery.

Nothing on the DELICHA website should be treated as medical advice. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Customers with allergies, medical conditions, dietary restrictions, pregnancy-related concerns, or health concerns should check ingredients and consult a qualified professional before consumption.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts/forums in Guwahati, Assam, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
